We are aiming to launch a Diabetic Club this year ...

Aims:

• Initially to meet once a month

• This will be self funding - there will be an annual fee, then monthly subscription

• Working in association with Clinica Centro, Doctor´s available for advice and information

• Diabetic nurse specialist will attend every meeting

• Partners welcome

• On joining you will receive a full assessment to include a HBA1C etc

• Guest speakers

• Dieticians

• Chiropodist
