Paul Cunningham Nurses Teddies
Have you given a home to one of our beautiful Teddies?
Has your teddy got a story to tell?
Paul Cunningham Nurses ran a successful fundraising campaign where we invited bars and restaurants to run a 'Name the Teddy' competition for us. Each bear can raise 50€ for the charity and whoever chooses the correct name, gets to keep the bear.
This campaign is not actively running at present but if you would like to raffle a bear for us please contact Susan Reader as we still have some bears available
Here are 2 stories from the 'Owners' of two of our delightful bears .....

This is Caitlin pictured with her Paul Cunningham Nurses Teddy - Caitlin visited her Grandad Derek at Cafe Vienna in Almoradi just before Christmas and really really wanted to win the teddy and take him home with her - soft hearted grandad bought nealy all of the tickets and as you can see Caitlin got her wish! Caitlin has named her teddy 'Rudolph' and he is now at home with her in Scotland!

A Teddy becomes a Buffalo
I have been instructed to write to you to enlighten you to the fact that;
The Patience Lodge No; 2177 of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffalo's have had the great honour and privilege of recruiting as a brother a Mr. Alfie English, now to be known, in the Order of Buffalo's as Brother Alfie English.
This all happened after the Brothers of the Lodge first met Alfie English, he was immediately taken to our hearts, and consequently the Brothers sort to enroll him into our Order as a Kangaroo, this is the first Degree in joining the Buff's as we are commonly known, it seems funny the we have enrolled yes, a Teddy Bear as a Kangaroo, Let me explain.
Bro. Alfie has an impeccable background; He along with his several brothers and sisters had been adopted by the Paul Cunningham Nurses by Susan Reader at an Airport in England, with considerable help from the flight operator they all were flown over to Spain at the beginning of this year. I must add at this stage, that neither he or his Brothers and sisters will be burden on the Spanish Government, but will be a great asset and advantage to us all, for they all have the unique presence of being able to raise money for charity by there stylish charm and affordability.
Money raised for which we know the Paul Cunningham Nurses always will, and always do put to the best possible use to us all that are here in Spain, living or just here on holidays.
Thank you Susan Reader for introducing us to our new friend and brother

Yours fraternally,
Bro Derek Rogers ROH City Secretary. C/O The Cavalier Bar, Avenida Casteura 21 San Luis
