To be able to open a surgery for terminal patients who are able to travel. The principle of the surgery is to offer the advice and services of a nurse to the maximum number of patients possible, by having appointments at the surgery, the nurse can see 4 patients in less time than one home visit.
- Appointments can also be made for bereavement support
- Increasing additional nurses which will enable us to provide more home visits and extend the length of the visits
- Extend to 24 hours and Emergency Service
- Any new service will only be availble if funds become available
